A rough timeline for RTFs for BWO 08

Flowcharts
Not every one 'gets' flowcharts. Basically the idea of them is to sequence the main events that happen and indicate their inter-connections. The reason for so many connections is that everything happens concurrently.

• Morning Session flowchart: takes you through the key events that happen in the morning program
• Service Period flowchart: the key events that happen in getting teams out to serve the community
• Arvo-EveningProgram: what happens once the teams return.

Thanksgiving is one of those important but not urgent tasks. But we cannot overstate this - Big Week Out is not complete until we have thanked all the key stakeholders within our project. This includes:

• Our Churches
• Sponsors
• People/ Organisations we have served
• Our leaders
• Volunteers who have served the project
• Our young people.
• have we missed anyone??

A great question to ask would be: "What are some creative ways we can show we appreciate everybody's contribution?"
