The City Wide Co-ordinating Team (CCT) are a resourcing team helping multiple Big Week Out events run simultaneously (or not) across multiple regions.

Utilising the CCT opens up benefits such as:

• Cost savings on sharable expenses, such as promotion, t-shirt production, etc.
• Balancing participant load - i.e., sending or receiving small numbers of participants in other regions
• increased visibility as members of the public move between regions

The CCT is a volunteer group of people made up of people well skilled and experienced in running the Big Week Out.
